I give this restaurant a five-star rating for their extremely fresh food, but only a two-star rating for their customer service. While we may not always be on our best behavior, it is still important to be polite and not pushy when working in the drive-thru. The nuggets were some of the best I have had from any fast food chain, even better than Wendy's. I commend Wendy's for their focus on serving fresh food. It is unfortunate that I have to inquire about the freshness of food at other establishments before placing an order, as some places serve cold or hard food.
I felt hurried as soon as I drove through the restaurant. The male voice on the speaker was rude and made annoying sounds. The drink was hot, but I didn't receive a proper greeting when I paid with my card. I took a sip of my lemonade and discovered there was plastic in it. This Wendy's location is awful. If I hadn't used a straw, I could have potentially choked on it.
The service at this restaurant is good. The entrance may be a little tricky, but it is manageable. There are very few parking spaces available, and you may need to be patient when exiting onto the main road.
I had a slight issue with freshness on one occasion at this restaurant, but every other time the food tasted freshly made. The staff at the drive-thru are friendly and courteous.

They were trying hard. Served cold coffee. The tables needed cleaning. It was the dinner rush and they were a little flustered. You could tell.
The drive-thru experience was a solid 15-minute wait, but the delivery was prompt and the nuggets and fries were piping hot.
The fast food restaurant offers delicious dishes, with a particular favorite being the spicy chicken sandwich.
