My least favorite McDonalds. I have lived close to here for 20+ years and in those 20 years maybe from 1995 to 2000 it was decent place to eat. A play area closed to the public and there is always an issue with your food or time. Mind you I live in the area and when I do go in I always regret it. I know the neighborhood isn't the greatest and the staff has to deal with tons of BS but the staff always looks so tired and angry all time time. Who needs that energy when getting a good ole Big Mac. Give them a raise, make them proud of working for one of the biggest chains of restaurants in the world. Do something because at this point it just a bad MCD in the area.
I placed an order through the app , went to pick this up after 15 minutes . I spent close to ten minutes standing there waiting for my order to be handed to me , I tried to get the attention of an employee to let her know my order was ready , I could see this from across the counter . I left without my order and missed the train because of this ... please install lockers or something, the employees at this location have poor costumer service skills . Now , how do I go about getting my money back since I was never able to get my order ? Hard to believe this people think they deserve over $15 per hour smh

The staff here are delightful and put in a lot of effort. It's frustrating to overhear complaints from some customers; the impatience seems to have increased. However, that's not the fault of the restaurant! I truly enjoy coming here.

The restaurant was quite busy, and while one of the cashiers, who had dark skin and wore glasses, was rather unpleasant and seemed annoyed, the overall experience was positive. The other cashiers handled everything impressively well.
FOOD WAS COLD. MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND STAFF EXTREMELY GHETTO. FOOD TOOK OVER 10 MINUTES WHEN ALL I HAD WAS A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER AND EMPLOYEES DID NOT CARE. NEVER COMING BACK. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE.
This is my usual McDonald's that I go to very fast service clean restaurant I mean they could do better with the night time manager who likes to yell and scream at the employees in front of
The food was delicious and served quickly, and the staff's warm smile was something I could easily bring home to my mom.
