we ordered eating on the trip thru around 19:22 clock and it took up to almost 8 clock before we pay to the window and then we are asked to wait forward, and it took another 15 minutes after. all for a quarter meal with cheese flour, a cheeseburger no pickle, and a 6 piece of nuggets and small Frey beandel. incredible that it took almost an hour from the time we had ordered until we had passed our food to us. I will never visit again or recommend this place to everyone!
Do not go to this McDonald's at night. Go to the one on South Gilmore Rd next to Meijer by 275. I live up the street from this one and all I get is a chicken nugget happy meal (I'm an autistic adult and this is easy to eat). Multiple times they have given me stale nuggets and I have to ask for hot ones. I guess the night crew doesn't throw out old food to save on food costs. If they can't get 4 nuggets and a small fry right I wouldn't trust this crew with much else.
I have been to many Mc Donald’s but the treatment you get here is worst. We ordered for a crispy chicken sandwich in drive through . She didn’t even mention which pickup counter. We waited and got it at counter 1. The one who prepared my sandwish didn’t put anything but the chicken. Very disappointed by the service
This location is one of the ones that has brought back the Steak Egg Cheese Bagel Meal, and it was just as I remembered. The hash browns were perfectly crispy and tasty, with no grease at all. A big thank you to the staff for making our breakfast this morning; everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I paid for dipping sauces, but they were not included in my order, even though the receipt showed that I had ordered them. The hash browns were burnt, and one even had a strange nut inside. I also requested extra sauce on my steak bagel, but there was hardly any at all.
I ordered a combo meal and didn't receive my drink. I also ordered four McFlurries, and none of them were included in my order. I'm really not happy about this. This happens almost every time I order from this place!
Everything is good! I'm and curious though why this is the second time my order comes like 35 minutes early. It's not a huge deal I'm just not really hungry till later and reheated McDonald's is awful lol.
This place is garbage. It takes entirely too long to get your order at the drive-thru. It’s filled with diversity hires. If I had to grade it, it gets an F Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Even when I only ordered an orange silk, the wait was still 5 minutes.
