Remember guys n gals once you get ur order u have to verify your order.. everywhere u go. Samething when pizza guy delivers ur pizza make sure u gettin what you orderd..... Food and service was great as always. Coffee usually fresh n strong the way it shoul be. Everybody moves at godspeed here. Get my orders right ; but... yes theres a but there are pple claiming they own part of mcdonalds parking lot and they are goin around tryin to make pple pay 10bux. I know mcdonalds dont charge to park esp for essential workers. Jus be on the look out
Go to the drive thru for breakfast, young lady may want to look for another job because she is absolutely miserable there. Eyes rolling up in her head, like she needs an exorcist performed on her. Get home and EVERYTHING is cold. WOW!! I live like a 4 minute drive away. Food should not be cold, unless it was given to me cold. Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald?s. Saddest part, she had to be a young lady of African American decent. Hurts my heart.
It seems like the owner is completely absent. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. I suggest halting operations until new management can take over.
I absolutely love the staff at this place, but we visited two different McDonald's locations, and neither had any caramel frappes available. They’re my favorite!

The burger was amazing, but I had to go through the drive-thru twice since they only allowed one order per car. It was quite frustrating!
This place has truly stepped up their game. My fries are always hot now, and the customer service is excellent. Great job!
The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. The staff is well-trained, thanks to an excellent manager.
The food was really enjoyable, and to my surprise, the ice cream machine was actually functioning! Haha!

I guess they just opened back up, and still short on supplies? No flurry.....! Bathrooms were fine.
This location is the cleanest and most professional McDonald's on the west side of Birmingham.
