Customer service was beyond horrible and the kiosk was malfunctioning yet the what appeared to be the manager on duty still directed customers to utilize them when they were 1 freezing up but 2 very hard to navigate in the past as well. It's not userfriendly and it seems if you have not used them before you'll need to use up your time to figure out how to use their not souser friendly application bc when placing your order the app is tricky when navigating from ordering to paying. Then you take anumber only to be met with come get your order so why take a number for a table????
I waited at the counter for five minutes, making eye contact with four different employees, yet none of them acknowledged my presence or said anything like, "Just a moment!" This is absolutely unacceptable! The restaurant was empty, and there were only a few cars at the drive-thru. Eventually, one of the staff members came over to assist me while she was texting on her phone.
I have to give this location big props, especially compared to that horrible one in Hoover by the Galleria and the horrible one in Helena!! It baffles me how the fast food restaurants on 119 are all consistent and good, with nice workers and do your food right... and pretty much everywhere else around Hoover and Helena the fast food restaurants all suck. Weird.
I saw the staff give the customer in front of me their food, which they opened and looked over before returning it. To my shock, the woman then handed it to me without rewrapping it. When I pointed out how unsanitary that was, she refused to take it back. I will NEVER go back. Absolutely appalling.

My food was stale, cold, and dry. I ordered a nugget meal with hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce, but I received honey mustard and BBQ instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This McDonald's has came a long way, but the last two times I've been the attitudes were a bit better. We will see the next time i visit for an update
Chicken sandwich was burnt. Fries were cold. Dining room and restrooms were dirty. Trash was over
The food was mediocre, the service was satisfactory, and the atmosphere felt rather crowded.
