What is happening to this (Riverton) outlet? It used to be clean and the staff was once friendly, professional and sleek in their moves. I ordered a cup of Cappuccino and muffin, specifying dined-in at the regular counter after being chased away by a disgruntled barista who was whinging about having no till to take the order. The school-aged boy staff was good but I had the worst experience with a barista who raised her voice from my request for the Cappuccino to be served in a porcelain cup. She screamed, I thought : Is that not what McCafe is all about? What is a take away cup doing in a Cafe' for dine-in? Besides the good food and generally nice service, this place offers the shittiest coffee around. The so called Crew Trainer calls me for my mocha and realised she served a hot chocolate so she asks me to wait. I watch, as she proceeds to take the lid off my drink, extract a double shot of espresso on top and realize that because she hasn't tipped out some of my drink, it is now overflowing and she panics. She proceeds to let the shots pour, then wipes the cup down, smothers the top with chocolate powder (which she missed in the hot chocolate before completely, so I have no idea what she was thinking when she made my first mocha and then gives it to me. an English broken wrap, choc chip hot cake and a cappuccino. well given bag and child says everything there. drive them up to jump the autobahn and look down on the console no cappuccino. turn around and turn them against. I didn't get my coffee. looks like unbelieving. we're going to make you a girl in a suit of coffee. now, I watch as coffee after coffee and mockas, etc. are made. 25min later sitting on the coffee machine no coffee yet. the kerl in the coffee machine continues to go with other jobs and his time. not in the load. drove to muzz buzz in riverton and brought a big cap /got a free paper as well! not good with my stone cold breaky wrap.
I live around the corner from Riverton maccas and I really do enjoy coming here because this one employee called Margret always makes my day and we have a little joke around. But when she isn't their the customer service is average. Their are times when i have to wait up to 5 minutes just to get my meal when their extremely busy. But when their steady they serve you straight away. I have never had to complain about my burgers or drinks which makes me very happy

I've been buying Coffee every weekday for a year from McDonalds Riverton and in that time only about 50% of the time they get it right . I ask for a long black and flat white and they never mark the Coffee so you can tell them apart . When you ask them what's what they just guess as some one who can't drink milk I find it very unacceptable and as for the employees most don't under stand English . Never coming back for Coffee as I now go hungry jacks .
I bought a team meal box and a bigmac missing. It is a joke. I did not open the box before get back home. Who can not count 1 to 4 should not work there. Drive through is the way they make money. Never get what you paid for. I know i can go back and get a bigmac but they dont pay for my time and petrol and they dont feel bad about their mistakes. They will look at you like really? Really didnt get it?
Worst McDonalds I've ever had to keep going to. They always get the orders wrong and the staff aren't pleasant people. This McDonalds used to be a good one, but is a lot different now.
This McDonalds store used to be really good and quick. But the service has gotten slower and slower. Found that there are a lot of younger staff. Hopefully they pick up their speed.

these maccas is good. tastes good but must be more consistency with the frits. they pay half an empty package for large meals. Always check them before they leave.
