Dirty. The soda fountain drip trays are not draining properly and one looks like it has wet mold in it. All of the fountains look crusty and unwashed. Garbage bags sitting by the entrance. Lids, straws and ketchup cups were not stocked. If I had seen all that when I went in, I would not have ordered. Then my cheeseburgers looked old and sad. The strawberry pie wasn 't much better. The fries were decent, for a change. Beepers and alarms were going off the entire time I was there, non-stop. There were four customers total inside, not busy in the slightest. Then the manager starts arguing with a customer about an order that was messed up. And now I just noticed the time sticker on the pie I bro...
Bad customer service from the foreign manager with purple/black in her hair and the foreign cash register lady dont see how hard it was to get someone above yall to help with a issue i was having if yall didnt know the answer so when i get to asking for names no one wanted to give me they names so i can tell a manger who is used to me coming every morning during breakfast time when i get off work to tell him who i talked to today they walked off on me again for the 2nd time still with out helping so once i started to take pictures of them then they finally wanna get the the store manager to come help with the problem......they act so lost like how the hell you dont know who you work with or...
Over the past 10 months, this McDonald's has really declined. Most of the staff has changed, and there are only two familiar faces left, and I'm grateful for them. I've been visiting this location for lunch four times a week for the past 10 years, and I’ve always enjoyed it. However, since the new ownership took over, the quality has dropped significantly. I’m concerned that the new management doesn't have what it takes to run the place properly. I hope the new owners can make the necessary improvements and bring in the right people. Thank you.
We placed a mobile order and was informed we would have a 5-minute wait. After 25 minutes, I went inside to check on the order. The employee was just then headed outside to our car, so I took the two bags she was carrying. When we got home, we realized they didn't include the drink or the barbecue sauce that was part of our order. Also, the 20 chicken nuggets we got were cold and chewy. The food was alright, just what I expected from McDonald's, which is definitely a positive. The reliability is outstanding! The service was good, and the restaurant was clean. However, it seems that requesting a cup of water is now treated the same as ordering a soft drink. I still opted for water, but that's a bit disappointing.
You have a complete menu, and your coffee machine is always working, which is great because I always crave coffee!
This is the epitome of fast food: I never have to wait in line, and my food is always served hot.
