This is easily the worst McDonald's in the area. I've had several negative experiences here, including one where they charged us $75 for the wrong order and continued to provide the wrong meals multiple times. Tonight, we waited 45 minutes after placing our order at the kiosk due to issues with the card payment system. Not one employee checked in to see if we needed assistance. In fact, one staff member prioritized a group of friends who arrived after us, spending over 20 minutes helping them while we remained stuck in line. I often drive past this McDonald's on my way to work and occasionally stop for breakfast. Lately, even when there aren't many cars in line, it seems to take an incredibly long time to receive my food. Today was the final straw! I arrived at the ordering area at 7:47 AM and was still waiting to reach the pay window at 7:54 AM. I ultimately had to leave the line to avoid being late for work! This isn’t the first time I've encountered such delays. To make matters worse, my food is often lukewarm, and the hash browns are undercooked and far from crispy. I really don't understand how they manage things inside, but I would expect McDonald's to efficiently handle the breakfast rush by now... clearl...
I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, and by the time I was seated, I ordered a quarter-pound burger and some fries. To my surprise, they wouldn't let me have water unless I paid for it, which felt quite unwelcoming. When I got to my car, I realized there were no napkins, salt, pepper, or ketchup for my fries. The burger was excessively salty, even more so than I had anticipated. I had to face the pouring rain just to get some ketchup. Overall, I can't say that I'm eager to return to McDonald's anytime soon.
The restaurant is clean, but the food service leaves much to be desired. We ordered as a group, but one of our dishes was missing, so I had to approach the counter to sort it out. We ordered our Big Macs without salt this time, and they were delicious. A few months ago, we visited the Absecon location and found the Big Macs to be extremely salty and overcooked, which left us disappointed. We recommend avoiding the Absecon location for now. We've learned our lesson.
They serve the food up right and the management team does an excellent job. All their employees seem to be motivated and seem to care. This is one of the best run McDonald's I have ever encountered!
This is a charming restaurant with a tidy atmosphere and fast service. The food was delicious. While I'm not typically a fan of McDonald's, I would certainly think about coming back.

I wish they offered a more upscale menu with options like chicken strips. However, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the majority of the staff are very friendly!
