During a busy breakfast rush, there was only one person managing everything at the front counter. My favorite item is the biscuit bacon and egg sandwich. However, when I took a sip of my coffee in my car, I realized something was off – it was overly creamy and lacked coffee flavor. I definitely don’t want to place any blame on her, especially after seeing how incredibly busy she was. Overall, I’m really grateful to the McCafe and breakfast teams for serving us in the mornings.
The service at the restaurant was outstanding, and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff was attentive and quick to respond. I particularly appreciated being referred to as "Sir" and "Miss," which added a thoughtful touch of kindness. While it's not something I usually do, I would recommend wearing a mask or some type of breathing protection as a sign of respect. Overall, I feel that 5G is an important issue we should be mindful of.
Great experience! They’re open until 2 AM, and curbside pickup is available late. I placed a curbside order just before 9 PM, and while I was eating, they were still serving food to other cars. Most McDonald's usually close at midnight with curbside services ending at 5 PM. Plus, this location is right next to the Carson sheriff's station, which adds an extra sense of safety. – Kenneth
I can't believe it—I ended up with just a caramel scarf! I asked the staff if that was supposed to be a caramel flap and where the caramel was. They told me they were only instructed to label it as caramel. Thank goodness the restaurant doesn't start with the letter "L," or it would have been really disappointing! I love this Macdonalds but it?s by far one of the poorest service I?ve ever had, the guy employee at the cashier was so rude he made fun of my brother for stuttering I don?t know how you hire somebody like that worst Macdonalds ever
McDonald's isn't too bad when they actually fulfill your requests for how you want your food prepared. However, I could never give them a 5-star rating, as the food just doesn't meet that standard.
I'm a fan of McDonald's, but I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. The patty was overly dry, and they messed up my simple McDouble. I won't be returning to this site again.
