I usually like this place, but prices have gone way up and quality has gone way down. I paid $11.50 today for a meal and an iced coffee and waited for the food and got partially raw hamburger. I sure hope I don?t get sick from this. The drink I got was so full of ice I got about 2 drinks of it and that was it and I couldn?t even get the straw down to the bottom of the glass through all the ice. The food was so greasy I threw most of it out especially after I saw the raw meat. I do not recommend this McDonald?s. You can go down the street to Culver?s or ChickFilA or tons of other places in Brandon and get more food, better food, for less price. This McDonald?s better watch out because Chicken...
My visit was disappointing. Even after repeating my order multiple times, including at the drive-thru, one of my burgers was missing. What bothered me more was the complete lack of acknowledgment when I went inside. The staff ignored me, and the manager just looked at me confused for several minutes before finally asking if I needed assistance. When I explained the missing burger, she chose to prioritize drive-thru orders before helping me. By the time I returned to my car, all my food had gone cold and my lunch was spoiled. I ended up eating the single burger I had and then went next door to Jersey Mike's for a better meal.
The food was tasty, and the service was quick during my visit around 2:15 PM. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, medium fries, and a drink. The food was only slightly warm, as if it had been held in a warmer, which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. I will definitely keep coming back because I prefer their fries over those from other fast food chains. They offer both outdoor and indoor seating, making it a family-friendly spot with high chairs available for kids. Plus, there is designated handicap parking as well.
My experiences at McDonald's have consistently been disappointing. The staff can be rude, my orders are often incorrect, and I've been served stale food multiple times. Although management listens to complaints, they rarely take action to improve things. The staff's attitude seems to be getting worse, and instead of addressing the issues, management often blames younger employees rather than implementing necessary changes.

10/17/2022 Fast efficient service and check-out, but the checkout girl wasn't very friendly and didn't acknowledged me with a greeting or wished me a good day. Not sure if she's having a bad day, just shy, or doesn't want to be there. She was drinkingher drink and fiddling with her hair and then handling my food. Then last but not least she didn't seem to like me asking formore condiments. The food was cold too.
I frequently stop by this place on my way home from work, and I've yet to have a negative experience. I say "yet" because it’s fast food, and the staff changes often in this industry. However, as of now, I can confidently say that I’ve enjoyed both dining in and using the drive-thru at this location.
The Big Mac was disappointing. The two hamburger patties—if you can really call them that—were the size of small pancakes. The sandwich was mostly bun and very dry. On the bright side, the fries and the fish sandwich were quite tasty.
I loved my experience, I get coffee and sometimes it comes out harsh I like a little sweet well the man who gave me my food at 5:19pm Sept.23, thank you so much : the extra sugars helped luv.
