This isn't our first experience with Moreno Bakery. During the last shutdown, we catered my husband's birthday from them, and everything was delicious. We were so grateful to celebrate, even if it was at home. This year, for our daughter's 6th birthday, we ordered a cake and cupcakes. Despite our last-minute request, they were able to accommodate us perfectly. The cake turned out beautiful and delicious, and our birthday girl loved it—so did all the guests. We are definitely returning customers and appreciate that this business treats its customers with respect and integrity. We highly recommend Moreno Bakery; you won’t be disappointed!
Moreno Bakery is a wonderful local spot right in the center of Brandon. Their food is consistently delicious, and I’m a big fan of their Cuban sandwiches and guava pastries—they’re truly outstanding! I recently used their catering service for a work event, and they were very flexible, even with little notice. The mini stuffed potatoes and Greek salad were a huge hit with everyone. Thanks for always providing such flavorful dishes!
I'm moving out of state this week, so I had to make one last stop at Moreno's today. The food is top-notch Tampa Cuban-American cuisine, and their desserts are incredible. I tried a beef empanada, and it was the best I've ever had—flaky, slightly sweet crust with a flavorful beef filling. We also love their Cuban sandwiches; the bread is fresh and delightful. I'm really going to miss this place. It's definitely worth a visit!
If you're looking for an incredible Breakfast Cuban, look no further—you won't be disappointed. It's the best I've ever tasted! They also serve the most delicious Carrot Cake Cupcake and Boston Crème Cupcake. I bet every cupcake they offer is outstanding. Go ahead and treat yourself; you won’t regret it!

Guava turnovers are the best around! Morenos is the best bakery in Brandon! I ordered thru door dash. Wanted a mix of Rugelach but they dont have this option. Please add the option of getting multiple flavorsof items theu door dash!
Exceptional service! All the staff, including the owner Susan, are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and coffee are absolutely delicious! Moreno has quickly become our new favorite spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Morenos Food is fresh, seasoned well and delicious. I really like the Fried Shrimp, Swai, Ropa Vieja, Yellow Rice, Gouda Mac N Cheese, Sweet Potatoes, Collards, and More. Their Bakery Goods are Great !!!!

The food is always fresh, and the portion sizes offer great value for the price. The Butter Cuban Bread (24") is the best pressed Cuban bread I have ever enjoyed.
Big selection of sweets! Guava turnover was great. Sweet and flaky. Portuguese sandwich was my favorite.
