Absolutely horrible experience every single time I go here. It?s the closest to my house so I try to not waste gas and go there. But today was the last day they?ll ever get my business. I was waiting in line and told I be right with you. No big deal. Then the car in the other line finished their order, pulled forward. And I sat there and waited. And waited. Another car pulls up in the other line places their order then pulls forward. I then have to scream ?Hello? for anyone to even acknowledge me again. I call the restaurant and the best the manager could say is ?they are understaffed? which is hard to believe when only 4/5 cars total were in the drive thru and nobody in the lobby. Safe to s...
Worst Mcdonald is ever Rude employees who are not basic communication skills. I'm so busy working, I just have time to eat once a day and I threw this meal away because it was completely useless. The frits were cold and hard and the Mcdoubles saw and tasted as they were sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and the Frappes were not available. Thanks for disappointment. I'll never visit this place again. Looks like my dog enjoys it?.
Its McDonald's, what do you expect? Long wait times and poor service. Food is usually hot 90% of the time so thats a plus ? EDIT: Worst McDonalds Ever! Waited 15 mins and not one car moved. Everybody should be fired. Worst Customer Service, always rude and the slowest service. It doesn't take 20 mins to get 2 cars through the line. Absolutely Ridiculous! Ill never go there again until they get new management and employees
Your staff is very friendly and attentive. However, each time I've visited this McDonald’s, something has been missing from my order. I ordered happy meals for my three children, and typically you don’t check the boxes to make sure everything is included. The cashier that waited on us, was very attentive to our needs. Our breakfast was hot and fresh. Excellent service. My prior experiences have not been that well. Thanks for improving your customer service.
The drive-thru offers the friendliest customer service, and the food is on par with the best fast food out there. I'm really impressed! I just had to let you know that you’re doing a great job.
