My order was exactly as I requested, which is a bit unusual for other McDonald's locations. I was hesitant about ordering again due to my previous experiences, but the store manager assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that everything would be perfect this time—and she delivered on that promise. The service at the counter was great as well. I’d give this place a 10/10; my kids and I will definitely be coming back!
I had to wait 25 minutes for a couple of biscuits and a hashbrown at McDonald's, even though I was the only customer when I placed my order. The staff appeared unmotivated and were just wandering around. As someone who works in food and beverage, I rarely complain, but waiting half an hour for a small order is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant like McDonald's. The menu should offer quicker service than this.
Not sure if anyone here is a human capable of communication. All you get is a few grunts and dirty looks. Like they are confused why you're there. Probably why it takes 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. There's no way this place has amanager worth anything because this has been an on going issue for at least the 3 years I've lived in the neighborhood. Go toChicfila next door. Trust me.

I was about to order food but I seen someone sitting on their counter so I decided not to. This is the mcdonalds in the west ashley circle walmart location.
My sausage biscuit is fresh and delicious! Store was very well staffed and service was FAST
