At first when I ordered, everything was right, until I came to the register. The lady at the first window somehow swapped my order with a different order and didn’t tell me or wasn’t aware of it. I went to the second window not knowing this and I was given the wrong order. The people at the second window weren’t clear on what happened and one of the workers weren’t doing their job and not helping me out, nor the manager. The manager was way more awful and one of the rudest managers in McDonald’s . She was very rude and kept going fast of what to do and was giving me weird looks. That’s why I rated this place a 1 star.
I Want everyone to no not to go to this location. I went here a few days ago and went inside to order my food and after standing next to the register for 4 a employee that looked like she was the manager yelled to me to use the Kios to witch I told her I can't I have problems with reading. She looked at me the just ignored me and acted like I wasn't there. This store doesn't care about there customers and don't care about the community that struggles with literacy. I will never go back and sure hope all of you find a different location to go to.
Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes after the associate told me “one moment”. After 10 minutes I said hello since I wanted to make sure she didn’t forget about me. No answer. A car pulled up to the other speaker and his order was taken immediately. So I pulled up to the window and sat for an additional 20 minutes before I was helped. Unfortunately it was a doordash so I couldn’t just drive off.
The staff at this restaurant on the weekend mornings, especially the woman who hands you your food, were extremely unfriendly. She did not greet me, say thank you, or smile, and this is not the first time I have had this experience with her. Even when taking my money and order, she had the same grouchy attitude. However, the staff on weekdays is completely different.

Very disappointing. Service was mediocre at best in terms of politeness, and I had to pull up and wait for 10 minutes for 2 mcflurries. Then the come out with 2 HALF FULL MCFLURRY CUPS!!! What a waster of time and money! $9 for barely anything, and had to use up my lunch time to sit in their parking lot. Never again.
I ordered 2 egg and cheese on a biscuit and they gave me beckon egg and cheese which I don't eat. when I call them they said to come back and why didn't I check the order before leaving the lady was so rude she docent have minimal resect for the customers. I hope the upper management will take it seriously
The young man working the first drive-through window was so pleasant and enthusiastic... he actually greeted me with a smile that put me in a good mood (and strangers don't usually do that to me The second window was eh. I was sloppily handed an open bag, and the person hardly made eye contact.
I did not receive a response at the drive-thru window. I waited for 30 minutes without receiving any food. I am unsure of what was happening. The car behind me ended up driving away. This establishment needs to improve their customer service.

This McDonald's had the friendliest workers and they were so nice and even having to write orders on paper still got out order 100% correct and even threw in a free coupon for our patients so thank you to Lexi and the manager dre
