This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited. Two of the staff members were incredibly rude and unfriendly, completely disregarding the customers. Today around 10:00 PM, I went in to order coffee and a pie. I waited for 10 minutes without anyone attending to me, even though they were watching me stand by the counter. Finally, I asked loudly if anyone could help me, as my friend had been informed just moments earlier that orders could only be placed on the screen. Unequivocally the healthiest meal I've ever had from a McDonalds. Completely sodium free, not even a single flake of salt on the large fries. Two beef patties so overcooked and devoid of juices and fat that they shrank to 1/2 smaller in diameter than the bun they were hidden in. Literally had to search for them cause my Big Mac only tasted of the little dressing used on it. The most flavorless hamburger and fries I've ever consumed. Tasted like I was being forced on a diet. Definitely not worth the $11 spent on fuel (can't call that food) that looks good in the picture but fails to deliver as completely false advertising. I come here frequently for quick snacks and drinks. It’s open 24 hrs which is nice when their system is working allowing the availability for cards and mobile orders(spoiler sometimes somewhere between 1-3Am they will not be available for these methods only cash). Today I got a large cone as we all so desire the infamous machine to be working which it was. It was convenient and easy thanks to the mobile up and so full half of it was hanging off the cone itself so I had to act fast to avoid a mess as their curtesy did not include napkins.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was very poor, and the manager was incredibly rude, even pretending not to understand Spanish. I felt disrespected and was ignored for about 15 minutes while trying to settle the bill. The night shift staff really need to learn how to communicate respectfully with customers. If they don’t want to interact with people, they shouldn’t be working up front. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Good place too eat but night time goes south they mess up everything not tryna shame but this fat lady messed up everything didn’t get us the right food and she got pissed like tf yo not my fault ur cholesterol levels high n u don’t know how too do ur job fat lady idk her name but she needs to get fired whoever is the biggest at night shift
The night manager, Diana, is consistently rude and condescending towards customers. The level of customer service is very poor, and she insists that orders be placed only on the machines.
Most of the staff are wonderful, but Samantha Darrow stands out as the best. She's consistently friendly and always wears a smile.
