I'm not usually a fan of Starbucks, but I stopped by this shop on my way to a work site because I really needed to use the restroom. While I was there, I decided to order a breakfast wrap and a black coffee. The place was bustling—lots of cars in the drive-thru and even more customers inside.
The restroom was clean, and I didn’t have to wait at all. I was impressed when three different employees approached me to see if I wanted to place an order; they were all friendly and attentive. As for the coffee, it was decent. It wasn’t my usual Black Rifle blend, but it did the job.

As for the Starbucks owner who responded to my review, it's disappointing that your suggestion was to visit the contact page, where the only way to get assistance was to provide receipt details from my transactions. If I ever return to this location, I’ll make sure to take note of the receipt, the staff member's name, and the active manager's information for my records. It’s absurd that I had to buy two coffees just to get my order corrected. Staff should be trained to provide receipts since that’s the only way customer service will help in situations like this. This is some of the worst "customer service" I’ve ever encountered.

I believe the Store manager should Micro Manage a bit more returning phone calls as well would be appreciated. A store Manager would and should care about there store enough to get it inspected by the health department. I frequently notice individuals using drugs and soliciting money behind this location. When I brought it up to the gentleman at the drive-thru window, he told me there was nothing they could do about it. Why not just trespass them? It's unacceptable to let them hang around, littering and causing a scene, only to be met by more individuals at the exit. This situation needs to be addressed.
The servers only seemed to hear what they wanted to, and I had to politely correct them on all three drinks. The iced green tea tasted terrible, almost like urine, and when I asked for the whipped cream to be taken off, it ended up looking like curdled milk. They also refused to make a new drink for me. I would never recommend this place again; it’s my money, but it’s their loss.
Went inside to get a drink. Stood at the register for over 2 minutes. There were 6-7 people working there, several were doing necessary, but menial tasks. No one acknowledged me or even said, I 'll be right with you. I finally just left.
