Today I went thru the drive thru. I had placed an order thru the app. When I arrived at the second window I was told the shake machine was down so being I had ordered two shakes would I like a refund or something else to drink. I selected a refund as my kids only wanted a shake. The girl said no problem. Then appears the manager Anthony who told me he can’t give me a refund because I ordered thru the app. I said it’s ok if you can’t refund my regular payment you can just give cash as that is what they normally do whenever they are out of something. Well I went through the drive through and placed my order and drove away, big mistake, got to my destination and went to eat my food and first thing was my side of tarter sauce, it was Big Mac sauce, my chicken sandwich looked like it had been placed in a box and then shook it up and all the contents were everywhere, it tasted so bad it wasn’t even funny, my French fry’s were good but now I had to eat them with Big Mac sauce, my diet soda was good, I couldn’t even do the survey because the recipe was so in readable, replace your ink cartridge MacDonald’s, $12,98 and a stomach ache what a waste of money and time, you suck MacDonald’s
I visited the drive-thru on Tuesday and paid with my credit card. When I arrived at the pick-up window, a staff member named Yolanda was arguing with the girl working there, claiming that I hadn't paid. I showed my receipt and the girl confirmed that I had indeed paid. Despite this, Yolanda continued to insist that I had not paid. I requested for her to verify the receipt, but she refused. When I asked to speak to the manager, she also refused. I reached out to customer service to report the incident and request a refund, but as of now, the charge has not been reversed.
we've been through the road. our burgers were warm and chewy. our koks tasted as if they had died. koks, the only thing that was taste good was our milkshake. I called and told them about my order and the dame gave me the option to either come back today or they sent a voucher that we didn't want to get credit, and we didn't want to come back today. Why should I come back the same day, why should I come back the same day. as I hang up, I hear the lady on the phone say lügner. so unprofessional. uggghh

This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. The staff working were completely incompetent. We waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line just to order a couple of Frappuccinos. The employees and manager were unable to acknowledge us or even provide my sister with the total after running her card. It's clear that this place will not succeed.
Review: Mcdonald’s by Lakeside Sterling Heights Mi. The building is so awesome. Seeing a Mcdonald’s stuck in the 80s is always sweet. The service was pretty decent and the food was decent.
Tried to purchase Blueberry Muffins prior to work and they forgot to take them out at 5am to be ready for 8am ?
