They was so busy which I understand but to lock the door for DoorDash and uber and McDonald app orders is crazy. They lock the door at 6 pm and then when we was all knocking the older white lady just looked at us. The drive thru was so long we checked all the doors that was not okay I appreciate fresh food but horrible service and I chose table to eat at with my son this place not cool go somewhere else they will have you in the drive thru until you run out of gas ..but to the girl that unlocked the door thank u to her
they have the worse customer service in the world. You clearly don’t need credentials to work there they be closed when they supposed to be open they don’t acknowledge you, they take forever to come to the drive thru, call and they just let phone ring when u c they c u calling it’s just ghetto call it snitching call it what u want that place is terrible good luck with eating from there Service: 1
Haven’t been to a McDonalds in 5 years, decided tonight to stop and get some fries because they sound good. Order that and a couple my chickens, get home, and of course, the only thing I actually wanted, the fries, that I paid for, aren’t there. Good job, yall will never stop being a disappointment. These people are fast, the only thing is the lady that was working the window in the morning for a while. Well she was kind of I don't know, I don't want to be rude. But she wasn't very good at her job. People were being awfully rude to her, so I was sweet to her but maybe don't put her on the window. But that being said you all kick serious ass keep it up.
