Our experience with ordering and customer service was a total waste of time. I waited for two months and still haven't received any resolution to my concerns. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The constant turnover of employees is the only thing that makes another visit somewhat tempting, but the service remains just as bad as before. The app is also extremely difficult to navigate. I would not recommend dining here.
They wanted to start the pot of coffee while I waited outside with my food getting cold. I went inside to see what was going on and didn't really get a definite answer. So I left without the coffee after paying because the food was getting cold.To make a long story short, when I called, Paulina was combative on the phone with me. So much combative service in Meriden it's just amazing.
It was McDonalds, in a good way, they got my order correct and the food was fresh. I placed a mobile order and the biggest problem was that they waited until I was standing there to prepare my drink, I really can't complain about that.
I will never return to this restaurant. The food is always cold and never hot. They can never get anything right, and I always feel like I am wasting my money at a place that serves me cold, tasteless food. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My Big Mac tasted burnt and I ask for extra sauce they didn't add it but charged me ... manager was cool, I call him and he replaced both my burnt Big Macs
my parent had ordered some cheeseburgers and ridden when they brought it, the cheeseburgers had no bark on them only 1 and they ordered as 7 or 8
I have never encountered any issues at this restaurant. The food is consistently good and the service is always decent.
