Definitely use the McDonald’s app if you visit this place. You’ll find more Deals there (like buy one particular sandwich, get one free) than in the restaurant or drive thru. I used one today to get 20% off my order. Deals change from time to time. You also earn points towards free food. As for the food well it’s McFood, but at least you know what to expect. I like some breakfast sandwiches like Sausage Egg McMuffin, Hash Brown, the coffee is pretty good, as is the breakfast platter. I use the app to order ahead and then use the drive thru, although sometimes I’ll go inside if there’s a line.
This is one of the worst places I have ever visited. It is very clear that they do not provide any customer service training. I waited at the drive-through to place my order and, after waiting for several minutes and saying hello on the speaker, they just told me to wait while they took the orders of two other cars. I couldn't even get a simple "good morning" from anyone, including the manager. They acted as if I owed them something. This is not the kind of experience anyone expects when going to a restaurant. What a terrible way to start the day.
The burgers can be a bit dry at times, but the fries are typically fresh, with the occasional serving being soggy. The nuggets are consistently good whenever I have ordered them. The staff at the drive-through are always polite. The interior of the restaurant is also well-maintained. Additionally, the restaurant is conveniently located near a gas station and Walmart.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The prices, food, and hospitality are all amazing. I felt very welcomed when I dined there and was able to relax without any interruptions. The location is great, but I do wish there were bus stops on both sides of Causeway Boulevard. Having to walk over the bridge was not safe, so I would not want to do that again.
