You won’t believe what happened! An employee named Jessica, who I think might be a manager, really helped me when my order went wrong while I was in the drive-thru. When I reached the second window, they handed me the wrong order, and the staff seemed unsure of how to handle it. Jessica promptly stepped in and asked if I could move my car forward a bit so they could serve the customers behind me who had the correct orders. I agreed, and a few minutes later, she came out with my correct order. I was impressed by her ability to take charge and keep the line moving smoothly, so I asked her name. The food is consistently excellent! The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is that there are times when they seem short-staffed. However, most of the dishes are served piping hot!
