Yeah, you won't believe that. An employee named Jessica who I think could be a manager, helped me when my order accidentally went wrong while driving through. When I got into the second window, my order was wrong and the staff didn't know what to do. Jessica immediately appeared on the scene and asked me if I would pull my vehicle forward a few car lengths, where they could take care of the customers behind me whose orders were ok. I said sure. In a few minutes she came out and brought my order. I pointed out how she took responsibility and moved the line smoothly and asked her name. She told me and I thanked her and told her that I would call company and put a good word for her...so Jessica...
The food is always great!!! The only reason I didn't have 5 stars is that sometimes they don't have enough workers. Most of the food is very hot!!!
