We visited the McDonald's branch in Hawthorne, Nevada, and, wow, it had the slowest service of any location in the state. My husband mentioned that their consistently slow service is the reason he never orders coffee there in the morning; he knows it would make him late for work. Overall, we had a takeout experience, and although the meal was decent, the service left much to be desired. Price per person was around $10–20. Service rating: 2/5.
Really great food. Wife doesn’t like McDonald’s but ate here and loved the breakfast. They were slammed and super busy, but the manager apologized over and over for the delay and gave us and the other customers free food/toys for the kids. Really nice people. Needed restroom after a long drive, filthy, no paper. Asked for paper, had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Came out, ordered a frappe, they were out. Stopped for a smoothie 3: days before, they were out. My husband said the men's room was worse, urine everywhere. Horrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I dined here three times and will not be returning. The sandwiches are consistently undercooked and served cold, with the meat often still pink. The cheese is cold and hard as well.
