Disappointed is an understatement. I purchased a steak egg bagel (no cheese) meal. Also a steak egg cheese biscuit meal. Sausage mc griddle A large frappe. That was maybe a medium amount in a large cup. Liquid and runny with a lot of whip cream.Something told me after pulling off check the two steak sandwiches since one was without cheese and one was on a biscuit. What do you know the no cheese had double cheese. The one on a biscuit was on a bagel. I return to the store and get my son out the car seat to avoid the line. Doors are locked. This store has become the worst in Middletown area, they are so rude all of the time to dashers and customers. They tell the dashers that it doesn 't matter if door dash tells dashers to check to make sure everything is in the bag. They say that you can 't check it after it 's already sealed. The lady constantly forgets to put stuff in the bag and customers hold it against us dashers as if it 's our fault. Yes they are to seal the bags but not until the dasher has arrived and we got to check in the bag. Just left McDonald’s it’s 10 pm we pulled up to the drive through there where 2 cars there already . We waited at the speaker with the other cars for 15 min whoever was in there said on the she would be right with us. In the meantime we watched about 3 employees walk out the store two who where in their car smoking . We waited in the drive through for 20 more minutes nobody ever came to the speaker. We pulled around to the window NOBODY at the window … there where CLEARLY 3 people on the inside of the store…..I understand being short staff. Waited in drive thru line nearly 15 minutes...4 different people asked me what my order was. I waited an additional near 10 minutes after I had to park to go in for the food that wasn't in the bag. It was a 4 piece nugget... that the lady bagging had to request multiple times from the back. Do not recommend this location. The food was cold, btw. 25 minutes for cold food.

sa in line 25 minutes at the breiel mcdonald’s, to my food calculated me 4 dollar for a big frit and said that this was normal price, not at any other mcdonald’s I have ever been to my cheeseburgers were cold and dipped in ketchup will never go again drop off of money.
I just had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly despite being very busy. They even made sure I had a smooth ride through the traffic to get to the restaurant. Thank you for making me and my children feel welcome!
It's becoming a hit or miss with this McDonald's. And this visit was NOT a good one, if you don't want to work or hate your job your actions will portray that. And it did this day from the service to the food DISAPPOINTED.
This location used to be so good. Their service, dine in or drive thru, is really bad now. The food is still decent, but had 2 orders where I got the wrong thing.I would go here every day, if they weren't so bad
