Honestly u have to tap and record the nightcrew in this location. I already complained before and was told by the manager that this issue was going to be fixed and its the same girl that is doing this around 12am-3am. Today 5-1-22. 2:14am. She says they are only accepting cash. Okay fine. Then when i place a order she says. There only doing breakfast and cash only. Like what the hell. Then i say fine pull up the breakfast menu. If I could leave a negative star rating I would. I work for Doordash and have had the unfortunate experience of having to go there sometimes a few time a night. I work the early AM shifts and I have had one visit where they simply decided they weren’t taking orders. On one trip where there were only 3 cars total they took 30 minutes. Last night I had to cancel a persons order because they decided they didn’t want to make lunch items at 4am instead of the normal time of 5am cutoff time. The people are rude, the lids and the cups are usually dirty and leave black streaks when moist from whatever is staining them (probably mold). Stay the hell away.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I should have gone to Whataburger instead. When I ordered the number 2 combo, they told me they were out of orange juice. How does a restaurant run out of orange juice? I believe the blame falls on management for not properly forecasting and ordering enough inventory. I initially thought it was just a mistake made by the employee, until I realized they had also forgotten my hashbrown. I was disappointed with the overall service. They should take a lesson from Chick-fil-A and invest more in their management to improve their operations and increase profitability.
This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I do my best to avoid this location every time. The food is always old, the fries taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp, the burgers are dry, and the donuts are stale. And don't even get me started on the chicken nuggets. The drive-thru line is always long and the wait time is ridiculous. And to top it off, the play area is always closed. This place is a complete disaster. If I could, I would give it zero stars.

Nice place to go! Fairly New location but service is very slow and only one lane open out of two. Heavy traffic area.
