My last visit was the third time in less than 2 weeks of seeing rats close to the restaurant. One was dead in the front part of the parking lot and two were running from the McDonald's trash cans closest to the gas station to the car line. Aside fromthis, the service is terrible. There is only one person (in my experience) who consistently says good morning and thank you. She's always extremely cordial and jubilant. The rest of the employees act as if they don't want to be at work. Most times thefood is okay. I usually get a breakfast sandwich and the egg is always hot. The fish sandwiches are dry and you MUST ask forfresh fries. The oj comes warm and tastes spoiled (never again) but the cof...
This location needs serious help, needs training asap. especially social skills how to not to be idiots , cannot admit when they are wrong, they all felt entitled, you work a drive thru, give me the food I paid for, quick and simple and I will go, thats how you work a drive through, not attitude and debate. I went through the drive through for a burger and got a freaking headache instead.
Customers service needs to be more lack in intelligence, are people here who didn't buy anything sit around overdose drugged vomiting,smoking inside the manager new about it the employees new about it and do nothing!! Maybe safe food service should stop by pay a visit!!!! Don't waste your money here!! Those place is dirty smells bad is trash everywhere tables is disgusting!!!
When to get food and they refused to give me a water cup that they could've simply filled in the drive thru the Manger was being rude and this McDonald's is a joke will never be returning here they never have anybody in the front counter..it's simple water that a paying customer is asking

Customers often come here with negative attitudes towards the crew members, but when we respond in kind, suddenly we are seen as providing "bad customer service." It is a reminder to treat others how you would like to be treated. It's simple, isn't it?
It appeared that the restaurant gave us stale fries, provided the incorrect nugget sauce despite confirming our order, and refused to let us change our drink choice, stating that they had already charged us, even though we had not yet paid.
There are drug addicts who frequently hang out in this restaurant, especially in the bathroom, and the employees do not address the issue. It is not a safe environment for children to visit. It is disheartening.
I need for the managers/worker (a woman at drive-thru) on 4/6/24 at 4am overnight to know what STRAWBERRY CREAM PIES ARE!! Stop being all fast and smart handing me Some damn strawberry JELLY idiot

Wouldn?t recommend. Food was late and then cold, tray mat had stains from being used before, ketchup was behind the counter and doled out grudgingly.
The bath room is super dirty and there was also pee on the floor and we saw throw up in the sink
