The reason I decided to write this review was the interaction I experienced at the second window. After paying and receiving my change, I waited at the second window and turned to look inside the store. I immediately noticed a young woman with beautiful skin; she was of ebony descent with a skin tone reminiscent of a perfectly blended caramel mocha. As she turned around, she promptly opened the window and greeted me with a warm smile. Her positive energy and cheerful demeanor were infectious, and she kept smiling throughout our interaction.

The entire staff was unprofessional. The young lady practically tossed the bag of food onto the counter, dropped the straw, and walked away without calling out an order number or asking if I needed any condiments. When I spoke to the manager about what happened, she simply told me, "Well, ma'am, we're busy, and they're doing the best they can." Are you kidding me? Where are the McDonald's standards? What happened to customer service? I've worked at McDonald's in my younger years, and I wouldn't have lasted long if I had treated customers in such a rude and unprofessional way. The employees weren't even wearing proper McDonald's uniforms. This store is terrible, and I will never go back again...
I tried to order from the drive-thru twice this week, and on both occasions, a staff member informed me at the speaker that they were not taking any orders that night. This is honestly the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered in my life. The management is terrible; they can't seem to keep the restaurant open even during hurricanes, unlike other locations. Sometimes they don't accept credit cards, and other times they're just not taking orders at all. The only reason I continue to go here is that I live nearby, so it's conveniently located.
Went there after work to grab a quick bite to eat. After waiting in the window for over 2 minutes I was asked by the manager Preston to move forward and that my food would be right out. I waited for over 10 minutes before I decided to go inside. He had completely forgot and had to remake my order. The fries still came out cold. Will not be coming back anytime soon

Ordered 2 Big Macs, large fry, large diet coke. Pretty basic, no special order. Got home to 1 Big Mac, 1; Quarter pounder, half box of large fries. Tried calling but they don't answer their phone. And they want $15 an hour. Fair is fair, I have to update this review. I went back to the restaurant with my complaint and receipt and was issued a full refund.
I work close by and have gotten the food here many times. The order is always right. The person taking the order and the person giving the food at the window is always cheerful. They go through the lines quickly even during rush times. Keep it up.
This McDonald's is nice, but they don't offer free refills. I get that some people take advantage of the drink fountains, but it seems like a small price to pay considering this is the largest fast food chain in the world.
The drive-thru customer service felt impersonal, like greeting a robot when I paid. However, the person handing me the food through the window was really cool. The food itself was excellent. Have a wonderful day, everyone.

Don't even bother. 3 times I tried to get a decent order and they always give me something other than what I ordered. Good luck if you go there
This McDonald's always gets my order wrong and now they have even managed to get my refund wrong. Skip the hassle and go to a different one.
