I had a troubling experience at this restaurant. The manager, Elizabeth, exhibited racist behavior towards my elderly mother. While my mother was there to pick up food for her grandchild, the manager constantly berated her, pointed fingers, and tried to provoke a confrontation, all because my mother was wearing a hijab. Additionally, Elizabeth attempted to call the police and security on my mother for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I believe she should be dismissed from her position. I always thought McDonald's stood for diversity and equality, respecting all customers regardless of their beliefs or background.
This McDonald's location was average. The service was fast, but the food wasn't very impressive. My Quarter Pounder came with an excessive amount of ketchup, and there was actually ketchup dripping from the side when I took it out of the box. While some people enjoy ketchup, this was definitely over the top.
This is the only mcdonalds I've ever been to that refused to give a refill on my drink. The lady behind the counter was very rude about it as well. Other restaurants in the food court give free refills so I'm not sure why this mcdonalds doesn't.
The service is somewhat slow, and the prices are a bit on the high side, which is to be expected since it's located in a mall. Additionally, finding seating during meal times can be challenging, although the mall does provide some eating areas. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
For it to be a busy Saturday, they were quick, accurate and my food was hot. My only complaint is that the cashier seemed to be annoyed and rushed everyone through their order but 50/50 I guess.
Place was clean, no wait time because there weren't any customers in line upon my arrival. Customer service was good food was hot.
What kind of McDonald?s doesn?t give refills!!! I would?ve gotten a large if I knew that!!!
