When I called to report it, the manager I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. After that unpleasant phone call, I took a few bites of my McRib and found a long black hair in it! I immediately tried to call the store again, but no one answered. I called seven times, and every time, nobody picked up. My wife called ahead to check if they still had any Halloween buckets available, but the woman on the phone was quite rude. We decided to order our food through the app. When we received our order, the fries were stale and had black specks on them, indicating that the oil hadn't been filtered properly. My wife's Big Mac was served cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. My chicken nuggets were old and excessively greasy. The only reason I'm giving two stars for service is because the woman at the second window was very friendly.
If zero was a option they would get it . Can't even make a simple meat and cheese burger. Went in 3 different times to get it fixed for them to all be incorrect. The last one being a nun and burger like really ? It isn't that hard to put meat and cheeseand send it out.

I ordered a basic sandwich and it still wasn't made correctly - I had to put it together myself. The restaurant definitely needs better employees and management. The service was takeout.
I?ve had a few bad experiences here, however the man working the window lately has been extremely nice and never gets anything wrong. He has changed my mind about this location!
