I’m really frustrated with my recent experience. I placed a curbside order that took 13 minutes to be delivered, which included 4 sandwiches, 6 nuggets, and 2 drinks. When I got home, I discovered they had provided only 1 straw, there were no napkins in the bag, and no sauce for the nuggets. Additionally, 2 out of the 4 double cheeseburgers were poorly assembled, with half of them sliding off the bun. To top it off, I found a straw wrapper stuck to one of the burgers. I called to speak with the manager, but he dismissed my concerns with a rude attitude, even though I was simply trying to point out the issues I was facing. I wasn't looking for a refund; I just hoped he would address the lack...
I should have given a higher the 1st time but I was only there to pick up something.I go there (White River Jct , VT. often and do enjoy it very much! Sorry for the confusion.Vegetarian options: I don't get the salads, we can't eat the lettuce, it's dry and tasteless and causes stomach distress for my husband. We only use Romaine lettuce.Dietary restrictions: We both have health issues so we can't enjoy the whole menu but do often have our favorites: burgers, fish, fries and diet soda. I often have sandwiches with only 1/2 the bun and share my fries with the birds when I get home. Occasionally I have a chicken sandwich. Hope this is helpful. ?
Literally the worst McDonald's experience you could have. They substituted my $8.59 McCrispy meal deal in the past with 2 ketchup packets so I only got the drink. This time one of our Big Mac's had ketchup instead of Big Mac sauce, we were given 8 chicken nuggets instead of 10, and they put 3 fries (one looking crusty) and tried to tell us it was the standard amount before a manager came over, apologized and gave us coupons for free medium fries which don't even work at this location. Genuinely the worst experience which is amazing because McDonald's is fairly standard across all its restaurants. Not this one.
This McDonald's is good and convenient for if you are coming off the interstate or heading in to white River Junction I love McDonald's chicken nuggets and quarter pounders I would definitely say this is better than your usually McDonald's and fast food jointParking: Free parking lot here

Driving by from a long drive from Montpelier and stopped by for breakfast. The service is good and the dining room is kept clean as I saw a gentleman mop the floors. Keep up the good work and thank you for work you guys do.
As for wheelchair accessibility, there’s designated handicapped parking, and the store is all on one level with ramps at certain curbs. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible and has enough space to move around comfortably.
I’ve been waiting for my order, and other customers are also waiting without any assistance from the cashier. I've been here for 20 minutes, and nothing has happened.

This is the best restaurant in Hartford. The fries are always hot and salty, and the service is fast.
Managed to mess up my order in 3 different ways. Also the chicken nuggets tasted like paper.
