The frappe and smoothie machines have been broken for an entire week now. My first visit was an 8/10, but since then, they’ve been down continuously. They have you pull around the building and park in spots so the timer doesn’t time out, making you wait 15 minutes just to get a single frappe. There are even items listed on the menu that they don’t actually have in the store. They should just mark those items as unavailable so people aren’t stuck waiting in line unnecessarily—it's basic common sense for any business. I often visit this McDonald's, but they haven't gotten my order right in a long time. I understand that I usually place multiple orders with different customizations, but if I'm paying these continuously rising prices, I don't see why it's so difficult for the staff to prepare my meal the way I want it. It should be a priority to ensure customer satisfaction! There have even been instances where employees have openly complained, saying things like, "ugh, you're killing me," to my boyfriend while he was trying to place our orders. Unfortunately, that frustration has led us—and the other passengers with us—to leave the drive-thru and go to a different restaurant instead!
You can really see the difference between corporate-owned and franchise locations when it comes to these small details. I’ve visited this McDonald's several times now, and each time, I’ve been greeted with cheerful, friendly service that stands out from most other McDonald's. While I can't say for certain, I suspect this location is a franchise because of the employees' positive attitudes.
Kudos to everyone working here! I’ll gladly go out of my way to visit this McDonald's again because of the excellent service. I have no plans to visit any other locations, especially considering the dreadful service at the McDonald's on 34th St. and Park Boulevard.
I had a fantastic dining experience at this McDonald's for several reasons. Firstly, the service was quick and efficient; the staff worked well together and communicated effectively. The restaurant was clean and provided plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. The food was as delicious as ever, with favorites like the Big Mac and fries still hitting the mark. There was plenty of parking available, and the drive-thru service was impressively fast.

They seem to be strategically parked to enhance their busy appearance. They serve 20 nuggets without any sauce, which is disappointing. They should take their time, ensure the cars are processed properly to maintain a good flow, and focus on getting orders right.
I really love the burgers and chicken nuggets at this restaurant. The fries are delicious, and the hot fudge sundaes are amazing. The service is quick and efficient, allowing me to enjoy my lunch and get back to work on time.
Cindy greeted me warmly with a friendly smile! She was quick and attentive, delivering my order promptly. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Overall, it was a wonderful lunch experience!
Fast and cheep couldnt eat inside cause of the covid bs so we sat under 1 of the many oaktrees surrounding the restaurant

The McDonald's has the best menu in the area. The drive-thru is fast, and the employees are incredibly friendly.
I love the McRib. Extra onion ribbons and pimples make it better.
