I had one of the worst experiences at McDonald's here. My last visit took forever in the drive-thru for a breakfast sandwich, and when I finally received it, the egg was undercooked in the middle. This time, I opted to eat inside. I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin combo with apple juice, but the server was quite rude when she informed me they were out of apple juice. Although another employee handed me the ketchup, she insisted that I should have asked for it when I placed my order. This location has not had fountain drinks available for at least a couple of months due to a broken machine. Customers receive warm, unrefrigerated cans of Coke without any cups, ice, or straws. While you can ask for a cup and ice, the staff often respond with annoyance. The failure to provide chilled drinks or to automatically offer cups and ice falls short of the standards expected from any restaurant, especially McDonald's, which is known for its consistency and dependable customer service. I've had several experiences where my burger arrives with something pressing down on the top bun, causing it to be broken apart. Once, it looked like a thumbprint had pressed into it, and today, my McChicken had a cross shape imprinted on the top bun, splitting it in half. Living in Witless Bay makes it difficult to check each burger after picking up a full bag of McDonald's from the drive-thru, and honestly, we shouldn't have to do that. Additionally, we've been given warm cans of Coke for months, and about half the time, the fries are stale. We're very frustrated.
We arrived just before closing and had a fantastic experience! We ordered breakfast sandwiches, and the server kindly let us know there would be a wait, which we didn’t mind. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the egg maker, causing what was supposed to be a 3-minute delay to stretch to 6 minutes. This wasn't a problem at all, but the server was incredibly attentive and proactive, offering us complimentary drinks and fries as a gesture for the wait. His exceptional customer service truly enhanced our evening!

I just picked up two Junior Chickens and a McFlurry from the drive-thru, and I was very disappointed. The chicken was incredibly tough and nearly impossible to eat—it definitely wasn't fresh and tasted terrible. I've never had problems with McDonald's before, but today was my worst experience. I was really hungry, and this completely ruined my appetite.
It's a McDonald's, which says it all. The restaurant has a somewhat nostalgic vibe since it's located inside a Walmart, and there are no self-service kiosks present. However, there is ample seating available.
The service was outstanding, and the food was fresh and served hot. However, there was an inconsiderate customer who was behaving quite unreasonably, which truly tested everyone's patience.
I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, and people who arrived after me were served before I was. I ordered at 6:09 PM, and now it's 6:44 PM, and I'm still waiting for my meal.

The manager was quite rude, the service was sluggish, and the food arrived cold. If I could rate it with zero stars, I certainly would.
