Awful experience at the drive thru. The only time someone talked to me during the process was when they were taking my order. They were asking me at every item if my order was complete. Rude staff. Lady at the first window didn 't even glanced at me, just gave me the payment machine without saying anything AT ALL and closed the window. Didn 't get any receipts and I wouldn 't have had the time to ask for it. When I got to the second window to get my order, I waited another 5 minutes and didn 't get a single Hi or Have a good evening NOTHING. Just gave me my order and that 's it. November 5th, ~11:20PM. They took forever to take care of the drive through line, whist having employees (we could see them).Ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes! When I received my food, it was cold, missing sauces (for my nugs and fries), and I was hungry, and so disappointed.The customer service is inexistant
close the place if you can’t have more than one worker? takes 30 minutes to get food at 6:45 in the morning. literally never happened before just close it until normal hours when you have a full staff
