Disgusting!! No running water in the bathroom or toilet paper. No napkins, mayo, wrong size drinks. The ENTIRE floor was wet and slippery, and there were so many wet floor signs we had to serpentine in between them. We ordered 4 different fries, and every single one was cold and half-filled! Every sandwich we got came out cold. We went to McDonald's because it was fast, and lost half an hour in this place! The manager is toxic and unhelpful, spent the entire time we were there yelling at his employees. We only didn't say anything because there were other customers not getting their orders and complaining, and we didn't want to escalate an already uncomfortable situation. We're traveling back...
Bathroom was pretty messy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Toilet paper everywhere. Have some pride in your store and hold your coworkers accountable. Water not running. This location is terrible! First they refused to serve us when we entered, and told us that only the drive thru was available at 7pmThat is fine as it was not a busy time. After we ordered we waited for more than 40 minutes for our food and once we got it, we asked if this was the full order, they said yes, and once we started driving, only then realized that half of our order was missing. Their app didn't have that. They didn't have the mocha frappe so I paid for it and got there and they couldn't make one so I ended up getting something cheaper but I didn't get a refund for it being cheaper. Very long wait. We used the app and went in to get the food. The drive-through was getting their food instead of us. Including new people driving up and using the drive-through. It was dead inside the restaurant. Guess we should have just gone through the drive-through. Strange experience. I didn't eat anything because as I entered the restaurant I noticed a cockroach scurrying about right outside the kitchen area. I asked for the most senior member of management and made them aware moreover the floors were littered with dirt and bits of food the tables were sticky.
