I recently ordered breakfast to go from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience all around.
The food left much to be desired; it didn't taste fresh and lacked flavor, making it hard to enjoy. On top of that, the service was below expectations. The staff seemed uninterested, and my order took longer than anticipated.
Lastly, the atmosphere, although I didn't dine in, felt off. The overall vibe of the place didn't seem welcoming, which is a shame because I had hoped for a better experience. I won't be returning for breakfast anytime soon.
We didn't feel like ordering through the kiosk. When I approached the counter the girl told me to use the kiosk. I told her I preferred not to, she rolled her eyes and told me they were really busy (it wasn't) and that I had to use the kiosk and walked away from the counter. The staff were yelling at each other in the kitchen. We overhead them say that they had missed one of our sandwiches and it was going to be a delay. Sounded like the manager was trying his best to keep things going but with the attitude of the staff there was no point. When the manager delivered our food we said thanks and he didn't even acknowledge us. Fries were cold.
Service was rude. They took several minutes to acknowledge us at the counter and then refused to take our order at the register, said they were too busy, and that we had to use the kiosk. There was only one other person at the store. After a long wait they brought our food at the table and the person would even make eye contact or acknowledge when I thanked him for providing the service. Food: 2
Convenient location and friendly staff however, this location in particular tends to miss items. For example, today we ordered 24 piece chicken, nugget, happy meals, got home and they were missing. Luckily we’re only five minutes away so I’ve had to drive back to get the missing items. Service: Take out

One kid with his AirPods in who works drive thru needs to find another job. Everytime I go there dude looks like he's in pain having to interact with customers. Needs to find a new career cuz McDonald's ain't it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I just paid almost $5.00 for a half empty container of French fries! Plus they are barely warm. I would go back but I'm already on the freeway. You're bogus Hugo McDonald's!!! Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1
