The most descriminating place I ever been too. Staff is rude and as zero respect for any person walking in, the parents and manager of these kids working there have no knowledge of how to treat a human being and the place is disgusting , bathroom dirty and smells horrible. If you go there for work and need to use wifi for emails and video call, you will either get kicked out or they will call the police if they don't like you all this while buying bevarege and food. some people are allowed to stay 30 mins some hours, they decide! I suggest Culvers down the road better staff and better experience food is way better too, 4 months later the staff is getting worse, still rude, no good morning or...
Unfortunately, there was a rude employee who seemed to think he was in charge. He insisted that I wasn't allowed to pick up the Grubhub order at the drive-thru and that I had to come inside instead. I've never had this problem at other McDonald's locations where I regularly pick up delivery orders! The app explicitly states that drivers can pick up orders at the drive-thru if they prefer to stay in their vehicles.
It's disappointing to see staff with a negative attitude and a lack of understanding of customer service. It’s essential to have employees who are courteous and ethical in their roles!
We were quite surprised by how slowly the staff moved. The woman in front of us at the drive-thru ordered just a small iced coffee, and it took two minutes for her to receive it. My sundae was supposed to have both fudge and caramel, but when it was handed to us, I pointed out that it was incorrect—it only had fudge. The employee then took his time to add a little bit of caramel on top. It was quite frustrating. They really need to improve their service!
This place can’t get an order right to save their life. It’s pathetic we raised minimum wage to $15 an hour Bc these people truly don’t deserve the old $8.25 An hour. They have screwed up our order/forgotten things the last 6 or 7 times I’ve gone there. Prices are nearly double what they were before because we gotta pay these clowns working there nearly double what they use to make….and they still can’t get it right. Pathetic

Was going to give 2 stars, no one said anything on the intercom, lights were on, other cars where in line, 1 even got good, but then I was greeted by the employee telling me it 's not her problem that they 're aren 't enough employees. I told her then at least turn off the lights or tell the people at the intercom. She said that 's really NOT MY PROBLEM !!!! And closed the window. I know better than to eat McDonald 's
The food was disappointing and frankly terrible. Unfortunately, the service was just as bad. The staff were unfriendly and downright rude to me. I experienced the same issues with the drive-thru. In fact, every time I used the drive-thru, they got my order wrong and I received something completely different from what I had requested.
I've given this location several chances and each time the sandwiches were cold, onions or pickles were chewy and bread was hardening. About the only thing that's fresh has been the fries. I wonder if the sandwiches just sit. The folks serving you are at least nice. Wish the quality of food was better.
the worst. supposed to be open and was closed. exact quote...we are not taking orders...then why did you deceive me and have me come here. I don't want McDonald's often and after this nonsense. go elsewhere.

Food is never fresh even when asked. Fries are always just warm un salted or if asked to drop fresh fries they drop old fries and over cook them. The workers are very rude.
Go to order food in drive through and this lady dont know how to under stand the most simplest things all i got was two happy meals at that never comin again
