Once I turned 60 and received a senior card, I discovered that I could get my coffee for free. I tried ordering at various McDonald's locations, offering my senior card, but was told not to worry. However, at my local McDonald's in North Kellyville, they did not serve coffee to seniors through the drive-thru. I was instructed to go into the restaurant to order my coffee. When I went inside, there was no one to serve me in the cafe area, so I left without my coffee. When you order and pay for items you expect them to be correct. The amount of times I have had to pull into the car park and run into this outlet as something is missing from the bag is ridiculous. The staff need to smile more and treat customers with respect. Disappointing that each time we drive through we need to stop and double check the orders.Not sure how if you ask for no egg on something or no bacon, or no meat they do not take a charge off your order although if you add these items you are charged extra and also if you pay for sweet and sour you are sure not to get it in the bag.
Not very impressed for the service received after we decided to have dinner with my son after soccer training session. We were expecting something better considering that is a new business and need to build up the reputation. It is a big store and well equipped with the new technologies in place but the most important thing is that the staff is not committed to the customers. We received old and salty chips on our order and not even served quickly. Probably need different management.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my 30 years of ordering from McDonald's. Every time we go there, items are missing and the food is cold. We always say we won't order from there again, but we always end up doing so. Tonight, we received the wrong order once again, with family members missing drinks, fries, etc. How hard is it to put together an order correctly? I have been to this McDonald's location many times over the past few years and have never had any issues. I am surprised by some of the reviews claiming that items are always missing. The food quality is standard for McDonald's. The restrooms, like many McDonald's locations, can be a bit dirty.
What can I say Mccafe at rouse hill maccas does the best coffee's and chai lattes That's my favourite treat I by pass two other McDonald's to get to the rouse hill one Well done guys
Not high expectations but how hard is it to make a burger, 30 minutes is ridiculous no apology just we're busy. Never again.
