My fiancé and I literally hate this McDonalds! Keep driving and go to Holmview. times then not we receive our order and it’s completely different to what we asked for even though on the receipt it says what we actually wanted. The staff are...not friendly, they always seem miserable and never smiling and bubbly. The only reason we go back is the location is convenient for us. I went in there last month and I stood at the counter waiting. I couldn’t see anyone as there was a wall behind the register and you couldn’t see anyone or anything out the back (they were renovating). now two I have waited in the drive to observe them, they serve the other track 3 times before I have to shout out to serve. the second time, but I'm told that I don't have a job and have to deal with it again, I was not happy with it so that they just stick it up to go a fee for eating through my card then, when I poop, he tells me I have to go back to the load for the refund. poor form
Quite easily the best McDonalds I've ever had. Ordered a Big Mac combo and it was perfectly made, fries were fresh salty and hot and staff were friendly. Purchased on a week day, midday. Im not sure if the day of the week and time of day has any impact on the standard of food (full time adults as opposed to part time teenagers) but nonetheless it was great!
Terrible service. Takes forever to get your order every single time. They never have the items ready. “Waiting on eggs” apparently it takes over 10 minutes to get a single breakfast sandwich. The staff is absolutely terrible.The wait is RIDICULOUS. This McDonald’s does not run efficiently at all. I highly suggest going anywhere else for you food.

Went in for a Job Interview.Took at least 3 minutes to be served, then the girl serving me didn't greet me, nothing. Just stood there like a statue.Proceeded to wait 15 minutes for the interview before i just walked out and accepted a position at Hungry Jacks.If they're going to treat a prospective employee like i was, i'd rather not work there
My wife and I usually finish work around midnight and stop by this restaurant on our way home. Most places are closed by then, but this one is still open. Jasmine, who works at the drive-thru, is very friendly.
I ordered a meal then wanted, but a few socks, I got my order and there was no socks in the bag, I was so mad and angry at the load, never order from there again if they don't get a simple order right.
Got my order wrong and waited 20 minutes to get it and had to drive back for 20 minutes for their mistake and didn’t get a sorry for their wrong doing.
