I had coupons delivered in the mail and I was with a nephew and we were running in a late morning and we were both hungry so we took the line of least resistance and I haven't had a McDonald's in quite a long time. I figured what the heck. We tried the one on St Jacques and for the life of me I don't know why they couldn't produce a simple receipt which is Quebec law requirement that they all give receipts at fast food windows automatically but they seem not to most of the time at least not at Tim Hortons and certainly this McDonald told me to pull over to the side they'd bring us the receipt and we waited well over minutes till I backed up into the food pick up window from where we were wai...
One of the worst McDonalds you’d ever find with slow service and rude staff. Their service at restaurant itself is so bad that you must forget about your online orders getting right to you. This restaurant being very close to my location, i frequently order from there n times they mess up the order. No napkins, no straws and even sometimes complete different orders are delivered to me.
even ordered with their new kiosks so did not have to wait in the line. used apple pay, the checkout made so much faster. they even had a sensor, so we sat at the table and eat was delivered. tried the own angus burger and it was delivered as I ordered it. it took a little longer for eating, but the service was friendly.
the drive-thru experience here is quite frustrating. this place forgets straw, serviettes, at least give them the time. They give them their drink during the waiting, but not with a straw. the experience in the restaurant is always pleasant. good customer service and facilities are very clean.
If you want fast food that is consistently average, this is the place. But an entire generation of adults who grew up on Big Macs and Quarter Pounders think this is the ultimate hamburger. I will only eat their chicken nuggets, and only when I have to.
Went to Cdn Tire across the street from McDonald. to verify a future endeavour and when leaving was craving fot a Big Mac trio. So off to MacDonald.
This is a very busy place with lots of kids and regulars.The nice thing about the take out is 2 lanes that split and ordering is so much quicker.
what to really say McDonald's is universal food is always good on the run !! service is fast and place is always clean !! enjoy like all mcdos!
coworkers in the night in the drive-thru are very respectful. the service is quite fast the most time.
