Ordered from drive thru. The wait was super long and it was only around 7:30 -8 pm. There wasnt a rush or anything. Finally get my order and go home. My drink is flat and warm and watered down from most of the ice being melted because they pre make the drinks and just let it sit there. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL ROBOTS REPLACE THESE USELESS WORKERS. there's already a mcdonalds in texas i think run entirely by robots. Let's go mcdonalds get a move on it!
I give a 0 rating! I am very disappointed with this restaurant. They are often slow and always make mistakes but today was the worst. I bought 2 happy meals for my grandchildren and when my grandson opened his chicken nuggets, there was only one nugget in the box! how do you make a mistake like that!!? you close the box with your eyes closed?? I can't drive all the way back with 2 kids so lucky I bought extra nuggets. Terrible!
I waited at the drive-thru to be acknowledged for so long that I ended up leaving without even placing an order. Back when I worked at McDonald's, we would never have been able to get away with such poor service. The management at this restaurant needs to be more attentive and present. These young employees require strong leadership in order to effectively complete their tasks.
I ordered a breakfast BLT with bacon and a Cafe Mocha. The lettuce portion was very small, and when I asked about it, they gave me a lame excuse. I had to wait 10 minutes for my Cafe Mocha after I finished my meal, and I don't even want to mention the taste of the drink. We should receive what we pay for, in a timely manner.
I ordered three items: the Mac Poulet Habanero burger with extra pate, the Macpoul burger, and the Strawberry Splash with habanero sauce. Unfortunately, I did not receive the sauce for which I was charged. The restaurant does not pay attention to customers' orders, leading to a very disappointing service experience.

This restaurant continues to decline every time I visit. The food is not served warm and there is a long wait for orders. A and W is a much better option.
Whenever I visit this restaurant, the food is always fresh and the service is fast.
