Another McDonald 's, same food and some areas for improvement. We stopped here for food for family waiting on news of a family member in the ER. Ordering via the drive through was okay; however, the staff member forget to ask about sauce for the nuggets. A passenger reminded her. The cashier was cordial; however, the food window person gave us drinks and abruptly stated, Park there! The runner was polite and bought the bags; however, the sauce was absent. To her credit, she went back and got it with a smile. She was the best part of the visit and deserves praise for her attitude, professional conduct, and customer service. As a former McDonald 's employee, I empathize. We all have bad days....
Every time I visit this restaurant, there seems to be an issue. The drive-thru speaker has been broken multiple times, they frequently run out of the strawberry banana bottle, and they consistently mess up my simple orders. I once asked for cheese to be added to my breakfast sandwich, and they couldn't even get that right. I would recommend avoiding this place.
terrible. I went through the drive thru, the microphone was broken. then we told us to go to the second window, we went there and the hired used her phone. a terrible service. in addition, they have screwed my order. many thanks.
I am disappointed by the recent changes at this restaurant. They used to include a full slice of cheese on their fish filet sandwiches, but not anymore. I'm not willing to pay full price for less food. Farewell.

I like mcdonald from all the others in brockton. eating is fresh and coffee is hot! I'll go all the way to get my food from here. they can understand them clearly and they are pleasant.
Bathrooms always filthy. Sandwiches sloppily made. They tend to ignore walkins in favor of drive thru. Always order fries with no salt if you want hot fried and then add you own salt.
I once again, got cold, stale, quarter pounders, and no fries in going through. I must be the guy to check all my food before I move. just find another location!

I ordered three quarter-pounders, but none of them were finished as they were all undercooked. One of them was rare in the middle.
