This is the most frustrating Mcds I 've ever kept going to. ?? It 's almost impossible to order. The orders are 99% wrong all day long. Told the girl I was having issues understanding the app she responded, That 's not my problem. I said alrighty then. Guy in front of me waiting to order (for 20+ min) several attempts to call someone over, ended up shoving everything on the counter, into the kitchen area, said some thangs, then left. Mad ? Seriously, what happened to society.Parking: Maybe around 7 spots on the right 7ish on leftKid-friendliness: Has a Play area that 's fun, but cleanliness has always been ??since the place first opened. I just picked up my order and noticed it was incorrect. I ended up paying for items I didn't receive, which seems to be a recurring issue at almost every McDonald's I've visited. It feels like this happens intentionally. Such a disappointment!
Kid-friendliness: There's a play area.
This restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly, there are games for children safe enough for them to enjoy, my burger ? was with the meat a little raw and I went to have it changed and they did it without any problems, I am satisfied.
I think Keisha is the manager, and she’s great. She works really hard. However, the same guy who handed me my order at the window had a terrible attitude and lacks customer service skills. I'm going to have to stop going there. Shaking my head.

It took a long time for someone to take our order at the drive-thru. I had to drive around to the other side, and of course, when I got there, someone finally came to the speaker. To make matters worse, our food was incorrect.
This review pertains to the McDonald's on Naperville Rd in Wheaton... the fries are too salty, the meat is greasy, and the buns are stale. The quality of food for that place has really declined. Its like eating playdoh.
As far as McDonald's goes I've never had a bad experience here. Orders have always been correct, fast, fresh and good quality. I can see absolutely nothing to complain about at this McDonald's.
