We ordered 6 burgers , 2 fries and 1 wrap. Dry away we asked, did they put everything in bag. Because last time when we went back home , was wrap missing. They accept- yes! And again today- chicken wrap missing!!!! Our home is 10...minutes away from MCDonalds Have to drive back, for a wrap! Its second time happened in St. Ives MCDonald! Its not ok!!! We paid money, so, staff,-look after what you doing and how you making order!!!!!
the restaurant was quite empty, but absolutely dirty. there was no clean table to sit, the floor was covered with falling dips and there were pills with eating that were stacked everywhere. no cleaning took place while we were there. abysmal, we, the manager who hasn't apologized, made the statement that the person who cleansed had spent half an hour outside. they had to focus on the inner where the customers were actually.
I went to this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday and was very disappointed. The food was cold when it was served, the Happy Meals did not come with any toys, one of the drinks was missing from the order, and there was no sauce on the burgers. The female server seemed uninterested and gave poor customer service. I would not recommend eating here.
Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost, I had some black “crystallised chocolate” in my vanilla milkshake, I only noticed it halfway through the milkshake when it shooted up the straw into back of my throat, my order was also an hour delayed and cold and...I only ordered a wrap and a triple burger, never again Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
So slowwwww. Been in the queue now for the McDonald’s drive thru for 30 mins. Not sure why it’s taking so long but it’s been like this for at least the last 3 times I’ve been here. So long that I’m writing a review on...TripAdvisor
The staff at McDonald's were absolutely wonderful and the food was outstanding. The fries were amazing and I want to thank the lovely staff for their excellent service.
I may be old and grumpy, but I can't help but wonder if waiting more than five minutes to place my order gives me the excuse to ask someone to wait for me instead.

I have always found this Macdonalds to be reasonably quick , very handy ,never been in a huge queue ,does what it says on the packet
