I order a simple 2 cheese burgers and a large fry. As I was handed my fries threw the drive through window, I asked the cashier are these fresh fries). She then lied and I ask may I please have fresh fries. I was told to pull forward and I waited 10 minutes until I had to go all the way back around in line just to request the same thing. I then waited an additional 10 minutes to get the same cold meal. The location must do better.
One of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever went to. Management obviously doesn’t care and customer service is non existent. Staff is typically rude with no manners and doesn’t understand common courtesy. One example of this is when placing orders in the DT, workers are often distracted, and rude. My days of McDonald’s are over. Food isn’t best and when service is this bad I rather spend my money elsewhere
People are aren’t friendly,they get mad for your missing/wrong orders ? , I get the fast food environment but at least don’t get mad for getting the order wrong on YOUR side come on now, my last time going to this McDonald’s,and the attitude while taking the order doesn’t help either

The food is often undercooked here. Make sure to go inside to place your order and check your bags before you leave. The staff doesn't seem to be attentive; they don’t prioritize how the food is prepared or the quality of service they offer.
This is by far the most unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered! I will not be returning to this McDonald's again. My next step will be to contact corporate!
