The service here is just going downhill. The last time I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal they only gave one sauce. I couldn't even finish the nuggets cus that's just not enough sauce. I came back today and ordered a 20 piece nuggets with bbq sauce. When I drove up to the pick up window, I asked the young female worker how many bbq sauce do they give for a 20 piece she said 2-3. I made sure to ask if she can make sure to give 3 and she rudely said it'll be in the bag. Somehow I just knew they were going to mess up the order and sure enough the bag came out with ranch and sweet and sour sauce. It's really annoying to not get a simple order correctly and worse when you have to deal with...
The service here can be inconsistent. There’s a really friendly guy who always ensures everything is correct, but when he’s not around, the service tends to be subpar. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there yesterday when I dined. I ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard and BBQ sauce, but they didn’t include any sauces in my order because they had run out of honey mustard. Luckily, I checked my bag before leaving. We had to ask for BBQ sauce since it wasn’t provided either.
The staff seemed a bit hesitant, as if they were afraid to be themselves for fear of being reprimanded for being too friendly. As for the food, it didn't impress me much.
I used to really enjoy McDonald's, but the food doesn't taste the same anymore. Even the fries have a different flavor. However, I still love their coffee.
