I don't eat McDonald's myself. My dad wanted a fish sandwich today. It's been many years for himself as well. I thought I would be a great daughter and buy it for him. I have had horrible drive thru experiences at this location before, so I don't come to this location when my niece and nephew wants a happy meal. I hate going inside because ... there's always some bummish person or loud mouth people sitting inside and it's always dirty. Tables are never cleaned. But today, fine whatever. The hamburgers I ordered were quite greasy, and I had to dry them off with at least a dozen napkins. Unfortunately, the staff only provided me with two napkins each time I requested more, leading to multiple trips to the counter. The wait times were frustratingly long, averaging about five minutes, as there were no employees stationed at the front to assist customers.
To be honest, this McDonald's served the saddest, most disappointing burger I've ever encountered. Eating it left me feeling empty, possibly due to my concern about the high cholesterol content of their food.
On a positive note, there is plenty of free parking available both in the lot and along Geneva Ave.
I wasn't planning to write a review for this place, but after several visits and consistently using the drive-thru, I feel compelled to share my experience. Each time I've opened the box for my burger, it's been a complete disaster. It looks as if someone just shook the box before handing it to me. It's so messy that I've had to resort to using a fork to eat it. I've hoped for a better experience each visit, but unfortunately, I've been let down every time. I think I’ll be looking for other options from now on.
The promotion for buying one Big Mac and getting another for $1, as well as the buy one fillet of fish for $1 deal, seemed too complicated for the staff. Despite ordering the extras, I only received one of each item. When I inquired about this, they attempted to charge me double! The young employees seemed more focused on pretending not to understand the situation rather than addressing the issue of potential bait and switching. It’s disappointing to see a large corporation resort to such tactics.

Forgot my sons chicken nuggets 3 times in a row. Sucks to pay over $6 for a small fry and have a crying disappointed child. I tried to call the store and they won’t even answer their phones or return my call. DO NOT GO HERE. I understand mistakes happen but accountability is something simple.
