I visited this restaurant twice this week and had a great experience with the fast and friendly service from the staff! The restaurant was clean, my salad on the first day was delicious, and I also tried the Siracha sandwich which was amazing! The new ownership has really made a positive impact on this place. I loved it and will definitely return when I'm in town!
Absolutely the worst customer service there is. Girl taking the orders couldn’t even stay up front to tend to customers she runs to the back after every order manager sitting there on the phone every couple of orders. Have five people upfront and ain’t nobody doing but playing around. Fries were fresh but burnt and chicken nuggets been sitting for a while. SMH
The service was very slow, the workers were not worried about the customers in line only driving thru. To order conversations about using mobile system. Everyone doesn't know how it works. That's why people use the line. For 20/30 minutes in line. No help very few workers and not friendly at all.
The food at this restaurant was served hot and fresh, with extremely friendly service. I placed a mobile order for pickup and was able to easily use Apple Pay through the app. I also received a promotional item with my order. I visited this lovely restaurant and was impressed by the cozy chairs and charming small tables, all equipped with ample outlets. I worked here and discovered it to be an ideal setting for remote work. The spacious back room provided plenty of room and privacy.
The food was hot. Extremely fresh! Extremely friendly service! Mobile order for pickup including a promo element, and Apple Pay by the app worked perfectly! I enjoy my points, and in my opinion McDonalds has the best value in their point system.
The picture of them bringing your food is a total lie. You have to get up and get it yourself. Not a great service. Fries are cold right at lunch time. They could do better.
