Went through the drive through put our order in . Got to the first window and the young lad ask if that order was correct . I said no and he put it right . Got to the second window and our order was wrong informed the young girl on the window. She went to get the manager he came to the window quite intimidating. Told him why our order was wrong then got a dreadful look from him and he went off. The young lady came back to us and apologised with the correct Oder. I pulled round the drive through went into to see the manager . Told him how rude he was and how he try to make it look like our fault and with no apology. He wouldn’t come to the counter . Went through the drive thru , ordered a burger the patties were over cooked and cold a new and innovative combination, never finished and five chicken selects that were crunchy on the outside and slimy on the inside but they were warm. McDonald’s is usually a last resort , in future I may dispose of the food and eat the packaging.
Went via drive through in November 23, they got the order wrong and the didn’t correct it when questioned. Got fobbed off that I’d asked for something else. Dec 23 home delivery, chips were incorrect quantity and raw. Will not order from this outlet again!
Sick to death of the missing items when ordering mcdelivery. The past 3 times, this will be the last. Even though we ordered through the McDonald’s app apparently you have to take it up with Uber eats? Since when do Uber eats pack the bags. Ridiculous!!!

Food was good and service was nice and fast. Chap in the second window, think named Ryan, was very helpful however, caught him scratching his backside! Lets hope he wasn't making my food! Overall good experience with nice fresh and hot food.
Fries were not cooked, Big Tasty was cold. Restaurant was untidy so sat in car instead and watched the rats running around! Not a great experience for my £16. One to avoid.
Come thru the drive thru, ordered food. Told me to pull up so I did. Drove home. Items missing from order. Had to drive all the way back to get the yo correct the order.
I’m ain’t waiting any longer it’s a joke I didn’t even get my food and when I did it was freezer burnt would not go to McDonald’s again
