TLDR, The big mac changes suck! This big mac has WAY WAY WAY TOO MUCH sauce. Absolutely ruined my sandwich. Like a soup salad burger, it was gross. And they removed the selection in the app for LIGHT SAUCE. Stores can choose to participate in promotions. Should not have changed the big mac when extra sauce on the original configuration was FREE for us to add!
I just wanted a strawberry shake. Placed a pickup order yesterday, my husband comes home with it and it’s not a strawberry shake, but a coffee. That was my 13th reason.
