I ordered a deluxe double quarter pounder meal on the mobile app and received a regular quarter pounder with no tomatoes. I usually check my order at time of sale, I was in a hurry and didn't find out it was wrong until I got home. I tried for 30 minutes to call the store to see if they could fix it but no one answered the phone. Terrible customer service.
I arrived at the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing time. Everything I ordered was fresh and hot! Every employee I interacted with was extremely friendly. There were two cars ahead of me and about five behind, but I was in and out quickly. This is not the first time I've had an excellent experience at this location late at night!
How different this McDonald's is from every other one we've been to in the Waco, Temple, Whitney, Hewitt area. Products (buns/fish/veggies) are the freshest I've had in decades in a McDonald's anywhere. I just wish the fries at all McDonald's weren't these skinny waste of potatoes.
came about 30 minutes before the closing. everything was freshly hot! every worker I contacted was very nice. there were 2 cars in front of me and about 5 behind it. was fast one-and-off and this is not the first time that I had a great experience at this place in the late night! Drink was filled all the way and they forgot a straw but still ta good. Its like igot left over fries from lunch. 2 Cheeseburger Meal was made pretty sloppy, all was cold. McCrispy was warm But hon what do you want for delivered food. It will at least be a little bit cold
it makes no sense that you wait forever for your order then the fries are not fresh and they are full of salt then the big mac I said no pickles whats the first thing I see pickles.
I am almost certain that my order was never correct. We always seem to be missing an item or receiving the wrong order. I'm not sure why we continue to give them another chance.
Food was cooked fresh to order. We paid it forward at the drive thru for the guy in the large truck behind us and it felt great! This is a great McDonald's. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This McDonald's is the only one I can rely on for consistency! The food is always served quickly and fresh, and the customer service is always excellent.
