I'm really frustrated with McDonald's new policy of requiring customers to order through kiosks instead of having a personal interaction with staff. I refuse to use those machines for several reasons. First, no one seems to be cleaning them after each use, and they don't offer the full menu or allow for customization. I witnessed multiple supervisors and managers treating their employees very poorly when they assisted customers with placing orders. Overall, there's nothing appealing about McDonald's—neither the quality of the food nor the toxic chemicals in it. To make matters worse, the customer service has never been worse. I can't help but hope this marks a downturn for McDonald's.
Very nice and beautiful inside of the customers will have more patience than hemisphere will be even better because the employees are doing what he supposed to be doing. It’s just people don’t have patience I was sitting down observing, and I see a lot of kids coming in getting free drinks line that they did they order in the kiosk, homeless people asking for food, security guard on duty,not even coming into work they should give McDonald’s employee certification to do security so they don’t have to pay somebody else to do it
One of the things that makes McDonald's stand out is its convenience. Whether I'm in a hurry or just craving a quick bite, I can always rely on McDonald's for speedy service without sacrificing quality. Their drive-thru is efficient, and the mobile ordering features make it simple to enjoy my favorite meals anytime and anywhere.
Absolutely horrible McDonald's. ALWAYS long wait times. ALWAYS crowded especially with the bike delivery people who are always rude and in the way of picking up your order. I had one of the worst service experiences here. I ordered just an iced coffee, and even though the store wasn’t busy at all, I had to wait around 25 minutes to get it. No explanation, no apology—nothing. Really disappointing. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The staff were quite unfriendly and acted as if they didn't understand English. Additionally, there were around five homeless people sleeping under the tables, and there were very few tables available for dining because the GrubHub delivery drivers occupied most of them.
Nasty people, nasty attitude, nasty chairs and table. This place needs the health department to inspect and shut it down. Management so incompetent and employees are rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Service is good, lines are long. Some people don't know how to use the new machine. Always very friendly.
